We’ll be connecting to the questing, nature loving, courageous Sagittarian qualities to help you set intentions for the next moon cycle from December 1st until the New Moon in Capricorn and Winter Solstice on December 30th.
In Sunday’s circle we’ll use breathwork, body posture, sounding, the four elements, journaling, meditation, drum trance, and some other modalities.
This is an opportunity to bring in fresh, rebirth energy after the very difficult month we’ve just been through.
If you prefer to do this work in a private session, that can be arranged for Sunday morning or Monday day or evening . Inquire for appointment
